John Dill is a passionate man who thinks he can help change the world with… packing peanuts ! Recognizing that polystyrene won’t degrade and poisons our oceans and aquatic life in particular, John partnered with his friend Len Beckett who wanted to bring vegetable starch-based packing peanuts manufacturing to North-Eastern Washington. A factory was set up in Spokane, WA. It now cranks a packing material that dissolves in water and is perfectly compostable. But what this factory also cranks is an opportunity for all of us to make a conscious choice to either do things better and reverse the poisoning of our world, or continue down a path of self-destruction. What John and Len really manufacture is hope that we can make it.
