Dave & Brenda Salch were living the suburban lifestyle of Southern California, and they were neither happy nor healthy. As they began learning about the big food industry, they decided to clean their lives, move to Oregon in the stunning Rogue Valley and grow their own food. One of their children was suffering from “Autism Spectrum Disorder”, with inability to focus, disturbing visions and constant withdrawal. As they gradually changed diet, the symptoms subsided and all of their children became happier. Witnessing first hand the medicinal power of food, they decided to step up production and become a farm. They now produce pork and poultry, eggs and goat milk, plus vegetable and fruit for their own consumption. As their health and spirit improved dramatically, so has their now loyal customer-base.
